Any student, staff, or community member that walks through the doors of Fox Creek instantly becomes a member of our Crew. In our classroom, we have had many discussions about how to make others feel welcome and what it looks like to be a member of our Crew. Students continue to reflect on how showing and growing our Habits of Character has a positive impact on others and fosters a sense of belonging in our Crew. One of the ways our Crew has worked on creating a culture of belonging in our classroom is through "Me Bags." Each student brought in 3-5 items in a brown paper bag that helped us understand and learn more about each other. Students shared their items with the Crew, then placed them on display in our "Crewseum" (Crew Museum).
